Ravenswood Apartments

Terrible apartments to live in. Things are always broken, trash always all over the grounds. I had property stolen because locks to apartment building are always broken. So anyone can walk in. Children run the place. Everything is torn up and ruined because kids are allowed to do anything they want at anytime. Lazy leasing office staff that obviously pick sides if you have any disputes with other tenants (maybe less smoke breaks guys..) Would not recommend these apartments to anyone looking for a peaceful place to live.

I have been living here for 3 years and never have I experienced a situation or conflict like yesterday. Oh my god. I went in to get my balanced explained as it was $800 more than usual and was never supposed to pay prorated rent as I recently moved to a bigger apartment due to a medical accommodation (depression and anxiety) plus my family has grown since being here , we are now a family of 4 and I was straight up told “NO YOU WILL NOT PAY PRORATED RENT , You will pay this month of February and coming up March you will just pay the new amount of rent. And we will try to move you in by the end of this month (February) “ . I lived in this apartment for 2 years and moved out 8 months ago. To this day, I have not received my security deposit. I have called the office numerous times and even visited in person to speak with management. Every time I asked them about my deposit, they never gave me a clear answer.But Every time they told me our manager not here or manager in the meeting,when manager back then he/she will call you back — but no one ever does. It has now been 8 months of excuses, no follow-up, and no accountability. This is extremely unprofessional and unacceptable. Tenants deserve clear communication and timely return of their deposits. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this management company. I strongly advise future renters to think carefully before signing a lease here.

I would strongly discourage anyone from moving here. The current manager, Mat, is the worst we’ve had since these apartments were built. Although he claims to care about residents, ongoing issues are rarely addressed or resolved.There are serious problems throughout the property. Hallways are often left with urine and feces. Children frequently run in the streets unattended, or on their electric scooters doing 20-30 mph on the very busy street. Unsupervised kids use the gym and damage equipment. Despite clear rules prohibiting it, people openly smoke marijuana around the property. Safety is also a major concern. Cars are constantly being broken into. My family had another great experience today with Rogen from maintenance fix our washing machine. We've had him help us out in the past with various things and always works very hard. He's super kind and caring. Despite many issues with the machine, he got us fully taken care of. We appreciate him very much!
