I’m having such a rough time living here. I’ve only lived here a little over a month and I’m already having so many issues. Leasing staff never answers the phone, but when you go up to the office, they’re not even busy. They also never respond to emails. Even corporate fails to respond to emails. Maintenance responds pretty quickly to work orders, but their work is sloppy and I’m often having to call them back in because something wasn’t done properly. The day after I moved in, I informed staff that I was seeing roaches in my unit. Pest control is supposed to come weekly, but for weeks I was being skipped. I also informed them that a leak occurred in my bedroom two nights in a row and that I was starting to see discoloration on the wall that I believed to be mold. After no response for

Excellent customer service to prospective tenants. Zoe went above and above in showing options and touring the amenities of the complex. The offer of Pellegrino water was also a a nice plus. After touring so many other properties this is the one at the top of my list!

Zoe Oree was OUTSTANDING when we came for our scheduled tour. She was very knowledgeable about the application qualifications as well as the property. She was so upbeat and even gave us tours of a few different units to allow us to compare and really choose the best unit for us. We look forward to moving in soon

It's unfortunate that leaseholders have to leave reviews like this, but when no one speaks up, inappropriate treatment goes unchecked. Earlier today, I walked into the leasing office and politely asked a leasing agent if I could use the restroom. She said yes. However, as I walked toward it, I heard the manager, the older woman with the bald head, abruptly mute her speakerphone call and yell from her office, “She can use the restroom downstairs by the pool,” all while loudly eating Cheetos. There was no courtesy or professionalism in her delivery. As a disabled veteran with severe medical conditions, it's not always possible for me to wait or walk longer distances to find a restroom. I feel so bad writing this because the two staff members who worked with me were nice. However, I need to let it be known that they KNOW about the roaches… and I think they are told by upper management to down play it. I toured 3-4 different units all in different buildings a bit far from each other and all of them had roaches.. they were alive 😭 I’ve been stressed I even cried going home because I can’t seem to find a community or apartment company that don’t have this issue in Atlanta and it’s honestly disgusting. 🤢 mind you I toured two of the same units last week and didn’t see bugs but today when I went back both unit had them.
