Park at Chastain Apartments

We toured yesterday and unfortunately our experience was not great. We set up a guided tour and the leasing agent just gave us a key to the unit. Odd. The grounds are decently maintained but there are cars in the parking lot with flat tires, dirt and tree debris all over them, and broken or removed bumpers. This is more a reflection on the tenants that live here than the staff and management, but still. Slightly concerning. Additionally, the breezeway to the unit smelled really bad. There were pee stains on the toilet of the unit we toured. Guess they didn’t bother to clean before we showed up. The units themselves were very dark and dingy, with harsh fluorescent lighting in the kitchen, gray paint everywhere and a general uncozy vibe. Did not enjoy the unit and won’t recommend living

I’ve had a great experience living here overall. The community is clean and quiet, and any concerns are addressed immediately by the leasing office and maintenance team. While I wish some residents took a little more pride in keeping the community looking nice, the leasing office is quick to address those issues when they come up. Overall, it’s a nice place to live with a great team that truly cares about their residents.

I have lived here for the past 2 years. Johnny, Maurice and Damon who are apart of the maintenance team are efficient and hard-working. The leasing agents, Johnnie and Ariana are attentive and friendly. Park at Chastain is a nice and quiet community!

Johnnie at Park at Chastain was extremely nice and helpful while going through the apartment rental process. I had a minor personal issue that he helped me deal with during the time I was looking to move in and he helped make it a seamless transition to move. Thanks Johnnie!

Terrible experience once again. I scheduled an appointment at this community two years ago and there was no one at the property to tour us at our SCHEDULED appointment time or let us through the gate. I just so happened to unknowingly reschedule a tour at this community today and was left with the same exact scenario. This place clearly has no respect for other peoples time and money. This is an incredibly unprofessional establishment and I would never recommend anyone to schedule a tour at this location unless you want to be stranded at a gate until you decide to give up contacting them to open the gate.
