Raintree Apartments

I've stayed here for a year now and have once before 4 years ago for 2 years. Ive never had any problems it's very quiet ,no issues, gated and cameras so I've always felt comfortable here. Most residents are older(elderly)and have been here years..The new office manager since Eric retired earlier this year is Awesome.She cares about all of the tenants ,and gets maintenance on top of issues u have immediately! She is a very humble person and will work with you as long as you communicate with her!! Only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because they only have 2 bedrooms,my family has gotten bigger and I need a 3 bedroom. I hate not resigning my lease but just need more rooms. But overall great place for small family dat needs just 2 bedrooms. And rent is reasonable $650

I've been living at these apartments for almost 4 years. I haven't had not ONE single issue that management could not resolve. I'm sad to say that I'm looking into moving this year. Closer to my job, church, and family members. People often say it's not where you live, but how you live and I agree. I will miss it here, the staff, and the memories. Thanks for making my time at Raintree a good experience !

It's quiet here I been living here to months and I like it I just want my fellow neighbors to keep our apartments clean free of trash and old furniture let's keep our complex beautiful
