Rachel Gardens Apartments

We are happy living here. The apartments are comfortable, and it is a quiet and beautiful place. I have a dog, and what we like the most is that pets are accepted and there are special areas for them. The maintenance staff is fast, efficient, and very friendly. There is a worker named Juan who is very kind, and whenever he has helped us, he has done an excellent job. I recommend this place to my friends

This is a quiet and pleasant place to stay. It is slightly expensive, but it offers several advantages that help justify the cost. The front desk staff is very kind and professional, always willing to assist. I would also like to highlight the maintenance technician, I believe his name is Juan; he is extremely polite, hardworking, and consistently attentive. His respectful attitude and dedication make a noticeable difference in the overall experience.

Honestly, a very quality apartment complex. Yes, it is expensive, but management is very responsive and responsible. I have had two work orders fixed in a timely fashion: my closet sliding doors were fixed and our entire top load washer was replaced with a brand new front load when the motor burned out. We moved in in January, and our windows and sliding doors were all replaced in April when we had rain leaking issues. I will say just to prepare yourself that the AC/heat in the duplex (2 floors) is uneven, so your 1st floor will be freezing in the winter and your top floor will be warmer in the summer. Overall, seems safe, pet friendly, lots of kids around, no issues with noise around or through the walls.

I have been living here for almost 3 years. Every summer there is a recurring mosquito problem, and during winter we constantly hear crickets and other bugs inside the house. The windows and doors have air gaps, making it extremely cold in winter. The bathroom space is very limited — even basic items like paper towels have no proper place, and the washbasin is very small. Rent increases have been steep every year, and the amenities fees are also quite high. There are no flexible renewal options. The staff can be rude, and they often add extra charges to the monthly rent. When asked for clarification, they simply blame “missing renter’s insurance in the system” and refer back to the rental agreement instead of helping. Overall, I would not recommend this apartment to others.

Very nice place to live and close to stores, doctors and everything needed. Maintenance is quick to fix any issues and there's a tennis court, basketball court and a playground for the kiddos. The community is clean and the management is professional and courteous. Definitely recommend!
