i been living in these apartments for quite some time now. maintenance barely shows up, had to call multiple times to have them come. i don’t know if im the only one with this problem but 2 months after moving in i not mice!! which im not a big fan of!! i’ve told the office multiple times, i have no clue where they come from, i have to cover many holes i found in the ground because they are coming from the ground! and they are coming from behind the stove. this is the first time this has ever happened to me!! looking forward for my lease to end because i am not happy!
ive lived in queens manor apartments for 19 years and overall it has been a great experience the property is well maintained and the landscaping always looks clean and inviting. the managment team is very responsive and professional maintenance request are usually handled within 24 hours , and the staff is friendly and respectful. i especially appreciate the office staff they are very welcoming and help with whatever information you need.
I have been living here for over 3 years now and I can say I am comfortable where I'm at. I say this because The staff are so kind & helpful, There are so many store in just walking distance, and they rent is so affordable. Thank you to the young lady Mabel & her manger for making sure there residents get all the help with any issues, that may have had, They always get them resolved.
Everything that was said about this property is true. This place needs to be shut down. For over a year they kept sending court documents about rent that is owed only to get a follow-up document that case has been dismissed. They do not return emails or phone calls. There are thieves who keep stealing packages. Whenever you report it to the office they don't do anything. The pest are more than tenants. The county needs to investigate this property they are doing a disservice to the tenants.
I have been here for about 5 years and I have a few issues with my rent, but they have been there for me through and through. I wouldn't live no where else. I love those guys in the office, they are the greatest.
