Quarry Ridge Apartments

From the worst parking ever . if you have small kids gotta be in the house by 8 to get a parking spot . park in the wrong spot it's 350 to get it out. . My entire apartment was under water in May , they took the padding left the carpet to dry with fans . my son got sick he has asthma . it stinks like mold in the hall so I know it's inside to. . today is Sept 10 and still no padding or carpet . we talked about compensation for all my stuff and kids stuff that got wet since cari said it was the wall seal and "it came through the wall and under neath". She gave me a "Brian's number" it never worked I couldn't get in contact even calling from different numbers My mail was in the office for days before she gave it too me . I'm 20 I wouldn't recommend staying here . they nice . but I have unc

Nice place to live, rent is affordable but the management team sucks, badly. As I am writing this, I cannot get into my apartment because the key pad on the outside door is broke. I’ve called ‘emergency maintenance’ and left a message with no response as of yet. I’ve texted both managers and still no response. This is ridiculous!!

Stuff went missing constantly terrible management went months without our ac being fixed still isn't fixed almost got evicted when rent was 4 days past due maintence guy is terrible place falls apart constantly old nasty moldy stuff never gets done around here glad I'm moving out worse place I've ever lived in

If you get your car town in the apartments you would have to pay $305 that’s a stupid amount just because I parked it there when they were going to fix the street

Bc apartment is nice no problem with the rent
