The office and maintenance are so attentive! Everyone is so nice and problems are always addressed in a timely manner. Very quiet area with nice and affordable units :)

I leased an apartment here at Timbercreek from March 31 2024 to March 31 2025 It WASN'T a very good living experience within the first 2 months my apartment 1510J FLOODED twice basement apartment due to pump not being plugged in and second pump just stopped working not to mention the tenants that live in this building leaving door cracked so the don't have put code in or blocking your car in while the work on theirs dropping trash in the front entrance the main STEALING/using ELECTRICITY from utility room or outlet by door while their electricity is DISCONNECTED I think that is a FIRE HAZARD tenants letting their DOGS use the restroom in front of other buildings EXPIRED TEMP Tags or cars that don't run at all just sitting around or working on cars other complexs don't even allow such BR

Great neighborhood, quuet and secluded. Christy in the office is amazing! Maintenance is fast to respond. Great nature trail !

Im not gonna lie yes Ester is good but these apartments are Not unless ur in one of the old new ones they r redoing. The windows r horrible all ur air n heat goes out of them n ur bill goes up to the sky. I haven't gotten my patio door its been 2 yrs now, the people above me I cant stand. Bathroom ceiling tiles are bad, they came n did my tub it's peeling out as we speak, bugs all over. They say they're coming to spray only seen them 1x so guess what im moving in order to get my grand kids.

I absolutely love the Management and maintenance here! Esther and the crew keep it all together and never make me feel like my requests aren't important like my last apartment. Four months here and no plans on leaving! Thanks for all you do, guys!!
