We bought a very nice new double-wide on a fantastic lot near the club house and the park. Kris was wonderful with getting us a low interest rate and we were approved by a lender in under three days. The floor plan on the Hart Pulse is well thought out and very roomy. The shed is absolutely huge! The central air was included with the purchase price and has been a godsend in all of this hot weather. We've been in the new home for over three months and we are very happy with our purchase. We are very close to shopping, freeways, the mall, etc. Kris and the park staff respond to any problems quickly and anything wrong has been made right within days.
