John came to our house and gave us the recommendation to paint the house for the appraisal which we did within a week and he graciously came back and updated the pictures and the evaluation. He was very accommodating towards the updates and the changes that we did towards the house emphasizing the extended garden via pictures. He spent extra time at the end to answer our various questions and his experience showed in how he understood the housing market. Overall, it was a great experience for a great price.
