Quail Run Apartments

My husband and I lived here for a year and loved how safe we felt in this area. There is a lot of great places within walking distance and it seems like everything is five minutes away from you. Rent is pricey but unfortunately that’s just Colorado. We lived in a 1 bed 1 bath and never had any issues with any kind of bugs or rodents. I don’t think I ever even had a fly in my apartment. We cleaned every inch of the place when we left and got our whole deposit minus the carpet cleaning fee which we knew about. Anytime we had an issue maintenance was very quick to respond and Icy made the move out process very easy for us. Overall I don’t have much to complain about. Pay your rent on time and you’ll have a great stay here. ❤️

This place is way expensive, and it's not just the rent, the manager didn't tell me at the day of signing the lease , that there was a "mandatory carport" fee of 20.oo a month even though I didn't want it. 20.00 for a "scenic view" a month. These apartments are poorly insulated, so be prepared spend alot for ur heating bill, manager said it wasn't that expensive, but 180 a month for a single person is ridiculous, not to mention the constant ants an other bugs finding their way in all the time. Don't get me started on the remodel work... avoid this place unless you like spending alot of money for old apartments

Icy and Noah are wonderful! I’m so happy with this apartment complex. I have great neighbors and a gorgeous view! Nicely maintained and well taken care of. Quiet and pleasant.

So let’s start out by just stating these apartments aren’t nice to be charging so much money for rent! Also your maintenance issues won’t be taken seriously unless you withhold rent! They also won’t give you any rent compensation for when something goes out. They will gaslight you everyday saying they’re working hard to resolve the issue but will still turn around and tell you it’s fixed and working just fine. We had our ac out for 5 days. Came out told us it was fixed obviously wasn’t working it was 82 in my house! Gaslight us for a few days talked to over 4 different people about the ac. All telling us it’s working fine but it’s not cooling my house down… after day 5 they fix it not all the way but enough to make it manageable in my house I ask for a simple rent reduction as I was out in

I was looking foward to move in however Icy was extremely rude. I had a concern wether mice were in the apartment after seeing things that hint at a potential mice infestation. she got really defensive and said “if you dont like it you can leave.” honestly shame on her. I do not recommend these apartments.
