When we moved in it wasn’t the best at all… it’s still a working progress. But I guess you can say getting better but very very slowly. Ask about parking… and washrooms. There not free as was told to us when we signed the lease :) also ask about mold :) they will tell you if you don’t see it at that every moment they won’t do anything about it. If you can get your own person to come check it out. Paint on the walls DO have lead in it. Also didn’t know that till we signed the lease. A lot of things where unsaid before we signed.. I would recommend getting a paper copy to give to your lawyers for just in case haha… But pricing is great. Ask me more if you want :)
Claudio Cepeda is a very good property manager, who is very respectful and cares about the tenants well being and safety.
I was looking for an apartment.Went and had a walk through. Has a lot of amenities and security features. Waiting to move in.
