Customer Reviews
Janae in the office sold this apartment to us even though there were none available to tour. She was so knowledgeable and personable that we felt confident in our decision to rent here knowing she would be our property manager. We had a couple issues with the application process, yet she was so patient and helpful no matter how many times we called. On the tour she was saying hello to many residents by name and they all seemed happy to see her. I'm so excited to live here and enjoy all the new amenities she has planned to put in. The grounds were clean and well maintained. The complex also has many residents that have lived here for decades and remain happy to stay
More photos. Upon moving 3 days ago, I encountered numerous unresolved issues that made the apartment clearly unfit for occupancy. Unfortunately, there was no option to upload photo evidence with the move-in form, so I am leaving this review as documentation. Additionally, this community charged a non-refundable move-in fee, which is a direct violation of Kentucky law, as landlords are not permitted to collect such fees. $275 non refundable move in fee was charged mandatory. Tenants should be aware of the conditions and questionable practices before signing a lease.
To make this as quick as I can. If giving negative stars was an option… I’d do worse. Rent is due the 3rd of every month. I’ve never been late, I’m a quiet, clean, respectful tenant who made friends with every neighbor I met. Again, rent is due the 3rd. December 3rd around 11pm my apartment burned down while I was not home. They never once notified me in 14 hours. I have the property manager Amelia Thomas on recording admitting to going into my apartment to “access damages”. They called several contractors all without NEVER calling, texting, nor emailing me in regards to my home burning down. (I had pets in the home). So not only did they never reach out to me, comes to find out the renters insurance I took through the complex, only covered me if the fire was due to my fault. Which the fir
My experience living here was not good. Although I didn’t move out because of it, the internet kept getting worse over time — almost every night there was no connection at all, which became very frustrating. The worst part was the management. Before renewing my lease, I spoke with the managers about transferring to a two-bedroom apartment. They told me one was available and that I could transfer at the end of my lease. When the time came, they had already given the apartment to someone else, and I lost the chance to move — despite their promise. On top of that, the complex has become a much harder place to live. At night there are always people outside talking loudly or smoking marijuana, making it uncomfortable and unpleasant to relax at home. Overall, it was a very disappointing exper
This is the worst apartment that I have ever lived in. After signing my lease , I opened the toilet top to put a cleaner in and the whole inside of the bowl was black as tar. I knew immediately it was a mistake to move here but I was stuck. I moved in with a set fee on all utilities and after almost a year they changed management and utilities for water and sewage now they are trying to charge me triple for water bill. I have called repeatedly to get the matter cleared up but the billing person never responds only to send a email threatening to put the bogus charges on my credit report. Beware if you have respiratory issues because the place is full if mold. I woke up every morning full of mucus and blood in my sinuses which I never had. It was so bad that i had to take Claritin e
