This funeral home joint in Eden Prairie. Seriously this fire alarm that never ends is ridiculous and I'm not sure how anyone can tolerate living here. Management seems non-existent which is obvious to me now that my email was immediately returned undeliverable as the one they have isn't valid. Greg. Lou. Gayness. Do better!!!

They changed the management at my unit like no man's business, and they messed up a lot to the extent that I was blamed for their inefficiency. They usually hired unqualified people who doesn't know what they are doing or not ready to work. The management of my unit was change four times this year alone. They also refused to repair the oven since August, so I was unable to use it to bake my delicious meal. It seems they don't care about little people who don't have money to hire a lawyer to represent them in terms of a law suit and they keep increasing the rent.

Terrible company who does not care about their residents. They hire unqualified people who have no idea what they are doing.

This maintenance is horrible , I called because my fridge stop working and they told me it is not a emergency.. so all my food got ruined well this was the first situation, The second tome my heat stop working so i had to call several times and it’s still not fixed the lady told me that it has to be below 65 degrees which it actually has been in its 40s sometimes and sometimes 50’s I’m Anemic so even 70 is cold to me but i also been at this property for 2 years now and never heard this due to my heat is on even in the summer time due to me being in ground level . The call center for maintenance is horrible

I’ve lived at a few of there properties and The Artist Lofts are the worse. I can’t wait till the end of this month to put my notice in. Maintance comes when they want and when the do come they never fix the job properly so now I’m calling in a few days for the same issue. Although it is summer my oven has been out for a whole week I don’t eat fried foods much but now I’m forced to eat it because I can’t use the oven. Every work order I put in they put it off like it’s not an emergency but let me not pay my rent I got a notice sitting outside my door. You got enough time to type and print a notice but you can’t fix anything. Don’t rent from The Artist Lofts but I loved St.Phillips and Liberty! They fixed whatever I needed in less than 24hrs and called me to make sure everything was ok afte
