Promenade At Tampa Palms

The worst place to live. Not safe, unclean, bad management. You get charged a deposit and they WILL charge you extra when you leave no matter what. I high recommend NOT to live here if you want to live in peace and deal with professional staff.

This place is not what it was when I moved in. I have been here for a year and 3 months now. And now it seems like they rent to anybody. Now all I hear is loud music from some people who I guess recently moved in. You can't enjoy the pool because there be people who?.. don't live here in it, and when you go out and come back all the parking is full because of people that don't live here in the pool. Kids yelling and loud music playing from people hanging out in front of the building or pool. There needs to be some kind of order here. People that don't live here shouldn't be in the pool. And loud music shouldn't be allowed. I come home from a long day at work and I don't want to hear all that. And again can't enjoy the pool because there are to many people in it. I will be moving out as soo

I lived there for 2 years. My experience over all if you guys looking for noise, kids screaming, loud music till 4am plus the smell of weed in the whole way, late appliances fixing then go to the promenade. The worst experience ever

I want to take this time and thank Emil for this transition into these apartments. He kept me updated through every step in the process, this being said I’ve lived in Tampa the last 3 years and this has been the smoothest transition, down to every single question I’ve had about the community and unit itself. The location itself has easy access to restaurants, salons, and various other places. The walkthrough of the unit itself is very accommodating. Thank you Emil for your support and service!

If I could give this place negative stars, I absolutely would. The core of the problem lies with Debbie in the leasing office. Her condescending, disdainful attitude towards tenants is beyond reproach. It’s as if we should all feel honored to hand over our hard-earned money to live in these lackluster apartments. Upon moving in, tenants are forced to register their vehicles, but according to the lumbering tyrant in charge, there’s apparently no system to keep track of which cars belong to whom. This “administrator,” whose demeanor is about as pleasant as her physique, had the nerve to have my car towed during a weekend hurricane because she “thought it was abandoned.” Despite me living here and working from home, and having my windows boarded up for the storm, she took it upon herself to
