Huge fines for late status changes like hundreds of dollars. They don't treat realtors nicely. Not sure whose profiting off the unreasonable fees.

Trying to be as truthful as possible, in the past my experiences with PrimeMLS support have been hit or miss. Today I was assisted by Brittany, and she went wayyyy above and beyond the actual call of her duties and first sent me a detailed step by step set of instructions in order to show me how to log on and set my quarterly payments as autopay. I tried to follow the instructions but I got confused so I emailed her back and told her I was grateful for the instructions but I was unable to succeed. All of her responses are very quick which is one of her many lovable hallmarks. She responded right back and said she was very sorry for the frustration I was experiencing and if I would reply with a convenient date and time she would be happy to walk me through it over the phone. Has anyone had the same experience as I've had? Meaning no real experience at all! Trying to put in a cash offer on several properties, only to be completely ignored by listing agents. I've bought and sold in other states, but never been as frustrated as I have been trying to do business in NH. Is this some kind of bizarre state-wide scam?? Does anyone know if agent Mary Bligh actually exists?

WORST website EVER. How does no one fix this????? RIDICULOUS!! You type in the address of a specific house you are looking for, ( and yes its active) Nothing!! U search the town.....NOTHING. Search bar NEVER works. Nothing on this site works. I will never use this site again. I've given it many chances and they never care to fix it.

So this is the 4th upgrade over the last few years and each worse than the rest... the best release was their first. That release was simple and you could see what you needed to easily. I am in software so I am not some clown who doesn't know what he is talking about. In fact, I rarely comment on what sites are or aren't but this is a site I have always used. Sad thing is I just cant anymore. So frustrating!
