Alton Woods

Alton Woods is a complete, clean, organized condominium that fully meets my family's needs! Melanie from the administration is competent, punctual, and super attentive. She helped us every step of the way and was super patient with all our questions. I highly recommend it!

Melanie and the entire Alton woods staff are amazing ! They are so nice. They take care of the grounds, are easily accessible if you need them and very welcoming when you move in. Everyone in the community is friendly. Everyone is walking, jogging, riding bikes and walking dogs. It’s nice to be an in active environment! It’s also very quiet and not rowdy. They have a playground, basketball court, tennis court, horse shoes, a garden are, unground pool and a gym! Also, tons of grassy space for kids to play and residents to sit out and enjoy the beautiful day! We absolutely love it here! A great place to live whether you are single or have a family!

I’ve lived here for about 3 years. It’s been a great experience. Friendly, responsive office staff, friendly neighbors, great amenities, including pool, community garden, trails, basketball, tennis, horseshoe pits, sand volleyball, playground, and more. I’m on the bottom floor and while I can hear my neighbors above me, it’s normal sounds of living in a downstairs apartment. Maintenance and grounds crews are thorough and polite and very responsive. Complex is set back from Loudon Road so it’s quieter than I’m guessing other apartments on Loudon Road are. This has been a great place to live .. many people live here for decades!

I lived here for three years. I found it to be quiet and pleasant. The management team was always responsive to any questions that I might have had. The apartments are sizable for their price. Being right off of Loudon Road makes it easy to access groceries, gas, food, and much more. That said, as soon as we get on property, the bustle of Loudon Road fades away quickly. When considering moving back to Concord, this was the first place I contacted as I enjoyed living here.

I have lived at Alton Woods for years and love the community. The pool is a real hot spot in the summer and always very clean, the pool monitor for the last couple years is fantastic and friendly to everyone. The clubhouse is great for birthday parties and other gatherings you may have all for a reasonable fee. It’s a safe community, people walk the circle all year round its nice to see everyone getting outside and the playground the kids are out playing often too. Great place to live and have children.
