Dan is great! He is completely professional, incredibly thorough, and a seasoned business man. He handled EVERTHING on the sale of our house and was always available when we need him. He made sure all of our contracts were in our best interest. He is like an extra layer of protection. Because he's been in the real estate game for so long, he was able to catch little things and keep things from getting out of control. He really knows what he's doing. On a personal note, he is a nice guy, too. He was always very comforting and reassuring. This helped a lot because I was emotional with the sale of my house.
