DO NOT RENT FROM THIS PROPERTY GROUP! This is the WORST renting experience of my life! The apartment I moved in to was so dirty! Despite asking for it to be cleaned prior to move in, I walked in to find FECES in my toilet. When I complained they promised me that the apartment was cleaned. The shower rod and hooks in this apartment are the dirtiest I have ever seen in my life. It is clear that this place has not been deep cleaned in years. I also have garbage included in my lease, and it is 17 days after move in and I still do not have a garbage can. My refrigerator is rusted and I was promised it would be replaced prior to move in. It was meant to be replaced this morning between 8am and 10am and it is now 10:05am and they have not arrived, or responded to my calls/texts. I switched my shi

Briana is knowledgeable, answering all questions accurately and completely. She is prompt, responding to text messages and phone calls quickly.
