Then when we went into escrow, he kept us informed the whole way through so there was no confusion on where things stood. TurboHome is a game changer. We loved the disclosure analysis. Super clear and user friendly. We loved the service we received from Eric and his team. The whole team was prompt , professional and provided us with valuable guidance. We had previous experience with very good traditional agents and we also had experience with terrible agents at the 2.5% commission rate. Eric was on par with very good agents. Full stop no difference. The only difference was that we paid thousands of dollars less in commission. Best decision we made.
