The whole Prestige Property Management team deserves many thanks. I recommend them highly. I moved to Virginia and needed help to quickly rent out my Huntington Beach home. Alysa and Brad Clark are kind, knowledgeable, and responsive. Their team followed up with all rental inquiries and applicants, showed the house, advised me on problems to be resolved, and the house was quickly rented to an excellent renter. I will definitely use Prestige again!

I'm writing this voluntarily. This is my first time writing the review as well. We've worked with Alysa & Brad (owners of Prestige) for many years, and they've helped us tremendously leasing and managing our properties (single house, apartment). First of all, they have extensive experience in property management. Unlike other managers, they think about what's best for landlords, and always try (gradually) to maximize leasing revenues yet keep the tenants fairly happy. The management system that Prestige uses, are very friendly and easy for landlords to view report, see expenses and even make payments. Brad is responsive and very professional. Alysa is super friendly and quite an expert herself. I will strongly recommend Prestige Management to anyone for the peace of mind as landlord.

Brad, Alysa and the entire Prestige Property Management crew are top notch! As a Realtor, it's very important for me to have a go-to Team to assist my Clients with all of their property management needs, and that's not easy to find. Prestige Property has been managing our two properties for few years.
