Presidential Townhome Rentals

I just rented an apartment there! Michele was great! Easy to talk to and very attentive to my needs! I paid my security and the rent for move in May 1st but was disappointed that I could not start moving things until then ! I live in a very small house and packing is very difficult not having the space to stack up the crates! I understood that was the policy of the property, but I would not take occupancy until May. I just wanted to clean again and take over boxes and crates! Please make this possible, moving can be very difficult and exhausting! I await your response!

I am a current resident of 3 years and this is how I feel with the Presidential Estate Townhouse community. Michelle is a very kind lady. She put in new fences because the other ones were starting to slowly become unstable. It is things like that that make our community safer. Michelle helps take care of everyone ´ s yards so that they don ´ t have to worry. Michelle makes the townhouses affordable for anyone who is struggling. These are just a few reasons why you should become a resident of the Presidential Estate Townhouse homes.

I absolutely love living here! It will soon be two years and I can't believe how time flies by. The convenience of being so close to shopping, restaurants, walking paths and the helpfulness of staff is great. Having snow removal, lawn care and garbage pick-up is a definite plus. Anytime I need a repair Michele is always helpful and quick to respond. After owning a home and all the work involved in upkeep its a relief not having to worry about it anymore.

Avoid Presidental Townhome Rental at All Costs: Racist Management* I am writing this review as a warning to others, particularly people of color, to avoid Presidental Townhome Rental at all costs. Despite having excellent credit, a stable salary, and a solid rental background, I was denied an apartment due to the racist management. I strongly advise people of color and other marginalized groups to avoid this landlord and property at all costs. There are plenty of other reputable and inclusive landlords in the area who deserve your business. _DO NOT RENT FROM THIS LANDLORD_

It's not the worst place to live, but it's certainly not the place I moved into. Groundskeeping is awful. Removing half of the trees and bushes and leaving stumps? Come on, finish the job! Driving past this place and seeing the blank sides of buildings makes it look desolate and depressing. People pay good money to live here, how about letting the property reflect that? One of the lights near the brick signs (broken at the tops) has been busted and laying on the ground for 2(?) years now? And now with Hamilton Parc across the way, this place looks even less appealing. Embarrassing.
