Under this new management, Deer Valley has turned into a lovely place to live with a management team who cares about the people living in the community. The compassion and hospitality shown is unmatched and the maintenance crew is so hardworking and proud of the work they put in. On multiple occasions, I found them easy to access and they were always so kind and helpful for even the tiniest of things. (they’re also pretty funny). Living in Deer Valley for 4 years, I experienced many different personalities both in neighbors and management and can say without a doubt that the crew here today is the absolute best. I have been here 3 years and I absolutely love it. It is always clean outside and the office will always help. Any time i had a maintenance issue or was unhappy they always assist me immediately . Do not believe bad reviews this place is great ! Heat and hot water included makes it 10 x better. Great location , and always clean.

I lived in a 2 bedroom for 4 yrs. I was very unhappy as it was not updated. I was promised a lot after I moved in. Nothing got done. New management came in when I wanted a 1 bedroom and it’s all brand new and very happy. Clean and very nice an updated like it should be. I like the area and did not want to leave but I got what I neeededso I stayed.

My partner and I were initially excited about moving into this place because of the amenities and convenient location. However, we were disappointed to discover that there were some issues that should’ve been addressed. Despite being told that certain things would be repaired before we moved in, such as broken blinds, missing refrigerator pieces, and broken closet shelving, we had to wait over two months for them to get fixed. As we continued to settle in, it became increasingly clear that the buildings lacked up-keeping. This was particularly evident in the outside area around us. We even encountered broken glass bottles and nails in the parking lots on multiple occasions, with one incident resulting in a punctured tire on my car. My husband and I have been here about two years (renewed for a third year even though we definitely didn’t want to). Where to start? Our rent was raised AGAIN to a ridiculous rate for how these apartments are. Laundry room is overpriced and always DISGUSTING. Half the machines are broken most of the time too. No guests at the pool and the gym is outdated and not upkept. Actually the whole complex probably hasn’t been updated since 1990. New rules include only one visitor in the lot at a time dispute mostly empty lots, new speed bumps that WRECK your car, and parking permits. The dog park is a pile of weeds and have many unsafe holes. Nothing is ever addressed timely either. You have to beg for basic service. There is a rodent issue that is bandaided with traps but never truly addressed. Oh
