Preserve at Westchase

Austin, the Assistant Property Manager, is always responsive, knowledgeable, and willing to go the extra mile to help. We’ve had a great experience moving into Preserve at Westchase. The community is very clean, quiet, and well-maintained. It truly feels peaceful and comfortable to live here. There are so many great amenities — the pool area is beautiful, the gym is well-equipped, and we really enjoy having access to the basketball court and billiards area. It’s a great place for both relaxation and recreation. Kaleb was amazing throughout the entire process. He helped us with everything, explained all the details clearly, and made our move smooth and stress-free. He was professional, patient, and very helpful from start to finish. We’re very happy to be part of this community and highly recommend it!

I drove an hour to be here. My tour was scheduled for 1pm it is now 1:40. The door says they’re open but no one is in there. I called and texted still no response. This is frustrating and very disappointing. I have been waiting this entire time in my car. Don’t bother calling because it goes to AI. If I’m not even a tenant yet and I can’t reach anyone I can only IMAGINE what it’s like for the people that live here. Thankfully I have other places to look at (and I suggest you do the same) so my day isn’t an ENTIRE waste but I could have been at home with my family. Gas isn't cheap either.

Truthfully, the apartment complex was great to my girlfriend and I. We had some issues that were never resolved as far as some maintenance things but I wouldn’t blame the maintenance team for it but more so the potential 3rd party for parts. The overall experience was made from the leasing office worker named Barry. Barry truly cares about his community and goes above and beyond for the residents. I never felt like I was an inconvenience when talking to him. Definitely needs a raise or promotion in the near future.

It has been an excellent experience living here. Kalebe, who assisted us from the beginning, has always been so kind and willing to help. I don't have words to thank him for all the work he has done. The maintenance team is also always very polite and efficient. It has been a good experience so far. It's an excellent condominium; the only thing I missed, and which I would suggest, is having a space dedicated to children. Since there is no playground, the children end up playing in the common areas and also going out into the street, which becomes dangerous. But that's it, it has been a good experience for our family so far.
