Prescott Station

The building looks nice, the apartments are small but nice as well. However, before I moved in, I was told this was an animal friendly apartment, however, the pet cleaning station has been out of order since I moved in, was told it would be fixed within a week and it hasn’t been. Was told just today that my dogs are no longer allowed to urinate in the grass on the property, that I have to take them off property to do their business. When I arrived here from Texas and actually got to look at the property and it’s surrounding area in person, I was very skeptical, there are mounds of trash, graffiti and a bunch of homeless people less than a block away. To anyone looking to renting from here, hopefully you get a response from their team. I waited 40 minutes outside of their building for a tour that never happened. Every phone number you find online, only allows you to leave messages that don’t get returned. The exterior of the building is nice! However, if property management and leasing don’t answer, I couldn’t even imagine trying to reach them as an actual resident. Unprofessional.
