I have been in a rental home, of Premier’s, since 2020 and Sharon Archer has always been very communicative, responsive, understanding and overall helpful to me. She is an excellent property manager.

I always try to check reviews before dealing with a business. Many times I have found the reviews may be disgruntled folks with an ax to grind For an invalid reason. For premier I wish I could rate them 0 stars. I contacted Premier about viewing a rental property in Smithville Missouri. I was contacted by a person named John. Strange there is nobody named John listed on the company website. I made arrangements to view the property through Rently & drove to check it out. Upon my first viewing, it appeared, the property would work for my needs, but there were several items I was concerned about needing addressed before I signed a lease. Hands down the most fraud company I’ve ever dealt with in my 30 plus years alive. They issued out a bill of over 4k to us after we moved out. $1240 for carpet replacement claiming it was ruined when I had a carpet company at the time and cleaned my own carpets professionally with my own equipment little did they know😂🤦🏾‍♂️. They charged us $2,000 to remove a medium sized pool in the back yard that probably took their Maintenance man 30 min to drain water and remove from property and about $100 or less in labor. They also lied and said we left the house trashed which we cleaned everything all the way down to the walls before leaving so clearly the landlord was still upset with me that he had to change the leaking garbage disposal that was leaking within 2 weeks of us moving in. This company is pure trash & all about MONEY! When we moved out I made sure I deep cleaned everything . They are charging me $250 for “filthy house” the house was not filthy, I did have a pool that I left & they are trying to charge 1500$ for removal ! & then 800$ for TWO broken kitchen drawers. Like what kind of scam do they have going on? THIS SHOULD BE ILLEGAL!

Speaking on behalf of the Maintenance crew, I've had 2 gentlemen (one named Mason) come and help with issues. Both were extremely courteous, kind and resolved my issues expeditiously. Thank you to both!! Could not recommend higher.
