They are by far the worst association management company I’ve ever heard of. They will respond to your emails, but just know those responses will be super condescending and rude. Troy, Desiree, and Kim have no business in the positions they hold. I don’t think I’ve ever hated individuals more than I hate these 3. They harass you, lie to you, and then act confused when you get angry. They have us 0 notice before they blocked off everyone’s driveways and didn’t apologize or make any attempt to make it right, Troy emailed me on a Saturday telling me they’ve hired an attorney but I guess he wasn’t expecting me to have records of any payments I make so nice try Troy! Kim and Desiree never answer the phone but when they do, you’ll never meet 2 individuals so confused, Kim especially! You guys su
