Love this place! I've been here for years now and honestly feels like the first place that actually feels like home! Secure, quiet, great rooftop to grill food and the staff is always helpful and amazing! Ryan the maintenance guy, Natalie keeps our place smelling great and clean, and Lexi is one of the best property managers that I've had the pleasure to meet. Everyone deserves a standing ovation for the work they've done and the work that they do for us! Thanks Premier, we appreciate you!

Ryan has been my go-to maintenance professional at Premier for the past three years, and he deserves every bit of recognition. Any time something needed attention, he responded quickly, followed up without being asked, and always made sure the job was fully taken care of. His professionalism, positive attitude, and genuine care for residents set him apart. Ryan consistently puts people first, and it shows in the way he treats every request (big or small) with urgency and respect. Premier is lucky to have him. Five stars!

Five-Star Experience ​Living at Premiere Apartments has been incredible. The community is well-maintained and perfectly located, but the outstanding management truly sets it apart. ​Lexi, the resident manager, is phenomenal. She is professional, highly responsive, and genuinely cares about the residents' experience. Her attention to detail and welcoming attitude made my move-in seamless and continues to make this a great place to call home.

This apartment complex is an absolutely amazing experience for me! The lifestyle out here is peaceful, from the club rooms to the patios, even Ryan (the maintenance guy), Natalie (the housekeeper), and Lexi (the resident manager) are very friendly and professional. To anyone out here in VA Beach looking for a clean luxury-style apartment with high quality community service, Premier is the place to go!

I’ve lived here for over 2 years and have always had a great experience. The area is safe and walkable, the apartment complex is top notch with nice units and a rooftop and fitness room, and there is a free parking garage attached to the building via a walkway. Ryan, on the maintenance team, has always been quick and efficient at fixing any issues I’ve had in unit. Highly recommend this place!
