Beware tenants and landlords. Having been both renters, and homeowners managing tenants, throughout varying counties, cities, and states, we have never encountered a more unprofessional, unreasonable, and borderline negligent property management company, or company period within the housing realm. As small business owners ourselves, we are disheartened that such a company exists in this beautiful town we like to call home. Our landlord at a previous unit trusted this company to manage her property on her behalf; many drawn out months later, we are now on the brink of feeling forced to pursue legal action. Having tried for months on end to come to a reasonable resolution with Preferred Property Management, we were met with MULTI-MONTH delayed responses, repeatedly, that consistently ignore

I didn't end up renting a location with them, but they seriously stand out from all other property management companies. I'm just writing this review because they were genuine, had great customer srrvsse, they were very polite and even followed up with me! No other company has done this, I will still be looking for places and hope they will be the management company. If you can, work with these people, I'm a local and seriously could tell the difference! 👌👍
