Happy to Renew — Feels Like Home After living here for a year, I’m happy to be renewing my lease. The natural light and views are amazing—beautiful sunrises from my apartment and sunsets from the rooftop make this place feel special. It’s a quiet community with respectful, friendly neighbors, and the added security surveillance provides extra peace of mind. Maintenance and grounds have been a work in progress, but improvements are noticeable. The landscaping added last summer really helped brighten the property. Snow removal is prompt and reliable, even on weekends. The community is also very pet-friendly, with consistently stocked waste stations. There were some construction delays over the summer, which was frustrating at times, but management communicated clearly and remained respons

I was the 1st person to move into this building.. We have froze every winter in our apt Every year we report it and the problem wasn't fixed right, have had quick fixes that dont fix the problem completely.. 24 hr emergency line gets ignored.. The amenities are always closed or broken.. The pool wasn't finished when expected.. We have had pool parties and drug parties.. Every weekend we hear slamming into Mail boxes loud voices.. Loud arguments.. Fire alarm pulled.. Alot of Domestic issues.. People in building that are not supposed to be here.. Some passed out drunk laying around.. Main doors have been taken by wind broken wouldn't close.. Doors are always propped open.. Door arm busted.. Cigarettes all over.. People walking around smoking cigarettes and marijuana.. Reposting for the seventh plus time since my review was deleted AGAIN. Living at PowderHaus Apartments & Townhomes raised serious concerns about health, safety, transparency, and the priorities of management. Management was already aware of systemic moisture and mold issues throughout PowderHaus buildings. In a recorded conversation, Michael Sorenson, Regional Manager of PowderHaus, stated: “Yep, I’m aware of the moisture situations at Powder House, as is Ben, our entire maintenance team, the builder, the owner, JR Mechanical, and Josh… there are some units that have mold identified. We have remediation happening in a handful of units… five or six out of the whole complex…” Despite acknowledging that mold had been identified in multiple units and that remediation was actively taking place

PowderHaus Apartments is a very pleasant, comfortable place. All the appliances are of the highest quality and make life easy. In addition, the garage is very helpful and the neighborhood invites for a daily walk or jog year-round. Management support is outstanding. Thank you for an excellent experience.

Our apartment flooded on July 23rd, today is August 25th and they refuse to do anything to adequately fix it. My two small children, pregnant wife, and I have been living in a hotel while they continue to displace us and not fix anything. DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY.
