Portofino At Jensen Beach

• Predatory Towing: My car was towed from my leased, assigned garage parking spot on a Sunday without notice or required warning. Claimed I was 'blocking' access, but I have photos of a grown man walking into the space easily. The tow yard then 'lost' my car in their system for 6 hours. Total cost: $469.38 for a wrongful tow. Despite towing my car within hours, the HOA completely ignores a neighbor who is in chronic parking violation. Management claims no spots are assigned, directly contradicting my lease agreement. • Violent Noise & Physical Pain: The noise is horrific. I can hear dogs walking upstairs over the HVAC. Even worse, neighbors above make violent cracking impact noises that cause acute physical pain, creating stabbing sensations in my eardrums and involuntary shocks of tensi

I've lived here 5 years and have nothing but great things to say. The pool is my favorite place to spend my days off! I couldn't be happier with my time here. Both units I've lived in were updated and priced fairly & the sunset views were amazing! I never had the issues people write about in their reviews. My landlord was always available 24/7 & fixed any issues on the spot. Thank you Sharon for everything! Don't be surprised if you rent to me again in the future lol

If you are handicap I would not advise moving here. Definitely not handicap friendly. My handicap daughter has been harassed and singled out over her service dogs waste and where she takes the dog to the bathroom, accused of not picking up her dog waste, however we have pictures to prove otherwise. Inadequate handicap parking, multiple buildings with no handicap spaces available, and they are not willing to make any accommodations. HOE representatives are very rude and condescending, with no compassion for people with disabilities.

Do not move in here! I just moved In and I'm 7 1/2 months pregnant, and all my appliances are broken. The air is broken so me and my family have been in 80°+ apartment. My daughter's can't sleep it's so hot. I can't cook because my oven is broken it will not heat up and I have no oven handle. On top being hot and not being able to cook I can't do laundry because my dryer is broken. I've literally been in tears the whole 4 days we have been here. Also they didn't clean the toilet or closet doors. The best part is my garage disposal dosent work. I will edit review with more pictures soon.

I just moved in to Portofino of Jensen beach and I had the best move in experience. The staff is amazing specially Lewie . He was great to work with and made it easy for signing my lease and my walk through.
