Chris from Islander home and property inspections did a wind mitigation report for my individual condo, which I then submitted to my insurance company. For less than $100 my premium was reduced by $800 - that's a great value. In addition, Chris is a nice person, efficient and professional. Dealing with him was a pleasure. A+
