Tampa Bay Property Management Group has been the most disappointing property management company I’ve ever dealt with. They collected a $1,600 security deposit and waited over 30 days—beyond the timeline outlined in the lease—to notify me that they intended to keep it under false and misleading claims about the condition of my vacated apartment. I have photos and videos showing the apartment was left in excellent condition—cleaned thoroughly and in better shape than when I moved in. When I first moved in, the unit had no working air conditioning, which was never addressed promptly. I’ve made multiple attempts to contact the company, including sending a certified letter that was confirmed as delivered, but they have failed to respond. Replies to bad google maps reviews but not countless emails. DO NOT RENT FROM THESE PEOPLE!!!!
