Have been renting from them for over 3 years. Helen in the office is a tremendous asset and any older reviews should not be considered as they are very outdated. The owner, Helen and all the maintenance men have been very helpful and quick to fix a problem even one we had on Labor Day weekend. I highly recommend!

Very disappointed with overall experience with this company. When I moved out I cleaned the apartment from top to bottom and was still charged a $250 carpet cleaning fee and $150 general cleaning fee. They also charged $75 for 5 light bulbs for the vaulted ceilings and those light fixtures had no light bulbs in the first place. Also charged $30 for a smoke detetector battery and additional $40 to re hang curtain rods which consistently fell down while living there. In addition to that sometimes the front gate would not open when entering the facility. One time I raised the gate by hand to get to my home and was told if I do it again they would call the police. Renters beware!!

In all of my years of renting and experience, I have never heard or seen the unlawfulness and deception such as is seen with this company’s real estate practices and rentals. Not to get into to much detail, but please be careful if you think that you will be renting and enjoying a peaceful environment, you will be disappointed! The agents who solicit for this property are told to rent to “ anyone”, and the owner is recovering from the market crash so is desperate to rent his property’s “ as is” with things in disrepair and filthy dirty conditions. The pond has 6 foot alligators contained in the water with no warning signs, and against the Florida Wildlife laws. These animals must be removed. So far a couple months in and really love what this community has turned into! They updated landscaping and parking, and keep up on keeping neighborhood clean! Also this area is such a great location, right by 41 and not to far from the highway. Don’t miss out on this amazing deal here!
