Point North Apartments

If you are thinking of staying at this apartment complex, I would definitely suggest a “rain check”. My father when visiting my brother’s apartment had his gun and wallet stolen. In addition, when my brother’s apartment was vacant, his vintage Nintendo 64 was also stolen, flat screen tv, and several other belongings. I’ve lived and graduated in Henderson for many years and wanna spare anyone who might make an impulsive decision to move in. In the past few years , after taking friends home from school and practice, they have had many maintenance complications, slow on work orders, and just isn’t what I would call a very “safe” environment. It’s pretty ironic how close the apartments are to the police station and for how nice the apartments appear. You get what you pay for with these.

After reading previous reviews I was skeptical about this place but the price was right for 3 bedrooms/2 baths and our kids needed the space. We've lived here since New Years 2020/2021 and few major issues. Shuree (office manager) is polite, quick to answer and since I prefer email/text, super easy to get in contact with. It might take a couple of days to get maintenance in for minor issues but most of that is because of us not being home when they're available (jobs and all that yanno). The only major issues are the types of people that move in but a quick text with concerns to management and it gets fixed as soon as they can address it. Lake Forest Park, the police station and civic center are less than a mile down the road so perfect walking or biking distance on those exceptionally nic

I've stayed in this place for 2 years with no problems paid my rent on time and some times before time but I knew I would have problems once I've moved out. My lease was up in July 2018 I put in my 30 day notice and gave my full months rent for July at the end of June 2018. The day before and the day of me moving me and my cleaning and moving army cleaned that apartment front to back head to toe. The apartment looked and smelled cleaner then when I first moved in it. The apartment was already move in ready. Well now we are in the month of September and I still have no deposit. I moved out in July don't forget and yes I gave them until after August 30th to send out my check. Been emailing and calling finally got through on a email when I said I will get my attorney involved. Manager emails

Been here almost 2 years when I first arrived management wasn’t the best. A bunch of lies and broken promises but then SHUREE came and she has been amazing, understanding, honest and RELIABLE‼️ She is alway nice and even after hours she makes this complex a priority in her life. Also Jason the maintenance man is great and always comes and gets the job done!

I would like to update my review. At the time, my review was based on false information! I was led to believe that the apartment manager at the time was going to make things better. She wasn't doing her job at all, but rather stealing money from residents she was moving in. The current manager is making things happen here and I am very happy to have her back!!!
