Henderson Village

I have lived here since they were built. I have never had a problem with the manager or maintenance. When an issue does arise it is dealt with in a timely fashion. The grounds arrest well kept. The pool is always clean. There is a handicap accessible chairlift for the pool which I have been able to use because I cannot use the stairs. I plan on living here till I can no longer live alone.

HV is a quiet & cozy place to live.. Most people are neighborly, but stays to themselves. Everyone that lives @ HV isn't low income! Management is definitely appreciated. She's easy to communicate with & extends herself above her obligations to help the residents & to make the premises a pleasant place to be. The kids get to enjoy themselves, while playing in a safe environment. Also, if you love to swim, there's a nice clean pool for that.. the maintenance issues that i've had has been resolved in timely manners, considering the situations. It matters that it's safe and peaceful at night time. I've lived here long enough to see many people that didn't appreciate being here (whether they were disrespectful, loud, messy & or trashy), voluntarily & mostly involuntary have to move out.

Our Property manager Misty is excellent at her job. She works with you, She always answers any of my questions or concerns including on the weekends. She’s very professional, We’ve loved living here an have been here going on 5 yrs now. Since she’s been here the grounds an the pool are always kept up an looking very nice and when there’s an emergency or even minor issues she makes sure to get back with you asap.

I have lived her for 3 years and I read some reviews and I am baffled by them to say the very least, some people only see the negative things in life and that’s a FACT! I’ve owned several houses but have rented a lot throughout my life, however, I’ve had many managers. We are the village people out here and our leader her name is Misty. I’m fascinated by intelligent people and not only is our manager fascinating and very intelligent she has a heart of solid gold! She goes above and beyond for EVERYONE of her tenants (probably the same people that are complaining) and I have witnessed it first hand! She is truly one in a million and EVERYONE out here (except complainers) are very blessed to have her. The apartments are beautiful and well kept by our dedicated and very hard working maintenan

Henderson Village is by far the best apartment complex to be. Ive never been in a place where i feel like a star. . Not also that the landlord is an amazing person and every understanding and helpful in any kind of way possible in her abilities. Just upset that there not enough stars to put or I would give it above 100.
