PMI of Memphis

This is the we worse company to rent from They don't answer the phone call. I lived in one of their houses for 20 years. The previous owner was so nice and they would fix things. I would recommend any body to rent when. I have moved to a better place u was a good tenant always paid on time I lived in Raleigh. My air conditioner went out and the lady told me to put a filter in Please stop rebuilding from these people because all they want is the rent I always paid on time.

PMI has some of the worst communication skills I’ve seen. It’s incredibly hard to get in touch with them, and when you do, the ladies handling the phone calls typically are not very helpful. The maintenance handling is decent, but that’s about it, and I’ve had requests canceled because I “didn’t reach out” when I did and never had a call back. Back in august, we got multiple emails saying our lease was about to be up and that it was time to resign. I called multiple times and never got an answer. When I finally did, the young woman I spoke too was nice, and I told her that it was time to resign, but that I needed to update my name on the new lease due to marriage. She told me that the new leases were being written, that she would tell the lady who handles them, and to be looking at our em

I have called several times about a property on Park Ave. When a lady picked up she did not seem happy and was rude. She told me to go on the website to book a showing. They don't even have the house on the website. I tried calling back but she does not answer. This is a major red flag and the worse part is the house looks nice but management clearly doesn't care about renting out their homes. Please do better.

Property owners please be careful with this company, as they will so call make repairs to your property every month without your consent and the cost of the repairs will be the amount of your rental disbursement you should receive. I have in writing as the property owner to them that I will have my personal handy man fix the so call repairs and I declined for them to fix the repairs but yet they showed on my expense account the cost of the repairs that I declined to them in writing. This has happen for 2 months. Last month my personal handy made repaired somethings in my rental property for the tenant and I informed PMI of the repairs but yet and still they charged me for the repairs. So not only did I pay my personal handy man but PMI charged me for repairs that they did not complete

i went looked at the apartments located on S. Parkway Edgewood the apartment looked poorly keep almost abandoned windows with aluminum fold and broke i thought i had went back in time of slavery i called office several time only finally get a rude property manager Ms. Epps who truly doesn't do the property any justices . This property truly have fallen on hard time under this new management. Found new apartment with clean and pleasant management, very poor Living is very poor
