Francine is amazing! She is so down to earth and comfortable to work with!! Also, Angie from the leasing company is great as well! She was so easy to work with and kept me update throughout the process!! I would definitely recommend Plantation Flats! It's a great location and community!!!

Recently our company moved in a resident to this apartment site. Before we could move the client in we had to call Management to see if they had access for the trucks and if there were any restrictions we would need to know about. The Manager herself called us back Francine and assisted us as if we were moving her. She stated her residents were like her family and we appreciated her help. No we do not live on this property, but we work with Leasing Offices every day and this was most seamless Move Ins we have made thanks to the people who work at this property.

Been here for a year and a half and I loved it there!! No problem no complaints!! The staff was good and whenever you needed help they were fast and fixed the problem. I would still live here but I had to go back home due to personal reasons but once everything is back right I will definitely come back!! They are remodeling so that’s plus definitely go check them out!! 10/10

Francine is the most knowledgeable Community Manager I have encountered. She is always willing to stop everything and help out without any hesitation. She will always have an answer for you even if she may not know it at the moment (which is rare) she will make sure to get you the correct response to your question or concerns. Amazing office staff, her power team consist of an Assistant CM, Beyda (the Superhero) who is her right/left hand & a rock star as well alongside her maintenance team! Amazing work at the Plantation Flats Community your tenants and staff are lucky to have there Francine Sutherland-CAM around!

Worst Place I have ever lived from the day I moved in. Day of move in nothing was ready appliances not working rude people in the office. They can never be reached in case of a problem took weeks to even get a work order in and was completed without even being looked at. The biggest problem was the sewage line backed up into 3 apartments. What did they do called a plumber to fix it did they send a hazard mobile unit to come in the make sure there was no moisture damage or the feces riddled water which covered my bedroom through the kitchen and into the second bathroom. NOPE they sent there maintenance in with big fans dry up the carpets and kept saying they would send someone out hoping i lay off of asking. Shortly after that ac unit started leaking into the apartment ruined stuff in b
