Pinnacle Place Apartments

I had a great experience living at Pinnacle Place, 600 Caldwell Drive, Apartment B, from January 2023 through November 2025. During my entire time there, I never had any issues with the apartment, only a few weeks before I was scheduled to leave. But, the new property manager, Christy, has been awesome and very professional, approachable, and reliable. We never had a disagreement, and whenever a real issue came up, she always had a solution and handled it promptly. One of the biggest advantages is the location. The apartment is less than a mile from Gate 5, making base access extremely convenient. There’s no traffic and no backed-up gates like Gate 1, which was a huge plus for daily commutes. The rent is very affordable, and they offer great military discounts, making it an excellent optio

I’ve really enjoyed living at Pinnacle Place Apartments. The apartments are nice, well kept, and comfortable, and the community is generally quiet and pleasant. Kristy, the manager, is great to work with. She’s friendly, helpful, and easy to communicate with, which makes living here a lot easier. Overall, it’s been a good experience and I’m happy with my place here.

I would recommend anyone for Pinnacle Place that is looking to move into a budget friendly place. I have been here for a little over 6 months and the office is very attentive. I have had a couple maintenance issues and the apartment manager Kristy was wonderful about getting it taken care of in a timely manner. The rent is very affordable for a single family within the Augusta/ Hephzibah area.

This place had a whole staff change around about a year ago now and man what a difference! The change that I have watched take place, the office staff and maintenance man have put in the work to improve the quality of living here, they got pest control coming out here to my apartment WEEKLY now, previous management could neverrrr! they truly care about the residents and have created a place that feels like home with everyone looking out for each other and I am so grateful!

Don't fall for these picture. Not one apartment looks like their pictures at all. They have roaches everywhere. They paint over roaches on the wall. The bathroom toilets move when you sit on them and I'm about 140 lbs. And there is about an inch gap between the floor and all the toilets. The windows have mold and don't open or won't close. Screens (what screens). AC freezes all the time and if you have the back bedroom you will hear your ac unit humming and it won't lull you to sleep. That pool is never open. In fact it was under maintenance for about 2 years. Maintenance guy told us that didn't want to pay to clean or the upkeep. Dog park is big enough for chihuahas only. Trash needs to be picked up more often. The trash containers are full of food and debris around the whole perimeter.
