These are the worst apartments to stay in. I started services with a client the end of March his apartment was infested with roaches. And no one did anything until I started asking questions. They sprayed but the house still had roaches. Recently I put a order in about the ac. Maintenance came and looked at it and said nothing was wrong. The humidity stayed at 90%. I finally had enough and decided to move him. A couple of days ago the ac went completely out. I went to visit my client mold began to grow on his furniture. They came and looked at the ac and still did not fix it. When I moved him today mold started growing on the ceiling and on ALL of his furniture. This is my first apartment living experience (with three kids) & Rosie made it an easy transition, from applying to moving in. I've been here six months & she keeps showing me how absolutely amazing she is. She goes above & beyond for her tenants. She is also quick with responding back to you. If you're thinking about moving in, request Rosie because she sure knows what she is doing!

Been here 3 months and they already increased the rent almost $100. They are sneaky and pretty much the people that own are slum Lord's but high end. It all started back in Sept when I applied to live here. I was approved and was told it would be ready end of January. I didn't get to move in until end of March. When I moved in the apartment had so many things unfinished and half done. leaky facets, washer not level, front door not painted on inside, bathroom door put on completely wrong way, curved shower rod put on to far out so completely useless, not door stoppers (which they promised to install on move in, still haven't) also blindsided by the fact they charge $60 for washer and dryer I don't need but can't bring my own.
