He greeted us the moment we arrived, was genuinely happy to see us, and made the entire process easy to understand. He explained everything clearly and made sure we felt well informed throughout the inspection. Tim Williams from National Property Inspectors was excellent. He inspected our property in Mexico Beach in a timely manner. He was very thorough and very descriptive in his findings of the property. He was very accessible and friendly as well.

Very fast and professional. They were able to complete an inspection within a few days and send the report with phots the next morning.

I read the reviews thinking I would get the best experience and I didn’t. The guy couldn’t follow simple instructions to show up at 2pm. He showed up at 9am so I wasn’t able to be apart of the inspection like I asked. Never using this company again!
