Pinewood Manor Apartments & Townhouses

Apartments are all right but the residents that are moving in are definitely smokers, and not tobacco. Definitely for not asthmatic residents. Can’t fully enjoy my apartment as either I’m forced to leave or stuck in one room with all the doors closed, hoping it doesn’t seep in, horrible waking up to coughing and barely able to catch your breath. And no screens on windows to even vent the place.

I’ve been here since December 2024, & I honestly love it here!! I don’t plan on going anywhere no time soon! It was truly a highly favoring to be accepted into these apartments. Pinewood Manor is well kept up, maintenance actually does their job, and it’s very peaceful here. No dogs running around, parking is very spacious, & everyone is respectful. Not to mention it’s the best looking apartments on this side of Whitehaven as well. Inside & out! Everywhere else on this side of Whitehaven looks ran down, raggedy, small, & not worth the price at all, but Pinewood Manor is worth every penny! They actually care about their residents, and tends to all our safety needs. They even cut down tall trees that were very close to my apartments, so that they wouldn’t fall in if the weather gets rough! T

Great place to live and I been living here since 2017. Maintenance comes out very fast to fix any problems and the staff is excellent. Miss Tamu and Miss Sydnea are always helpful and friendly. Over all just a great place to live.

EDIT: I edited my review since the office managers want to act like they don't know who I am. I used my initials for security and privacy purposes. I was given notice in Dec. 2022 that my lease was not getting renewed. Mind you, I paid my rent on time every month for close to 5 years. I work and mind my business and my husband works. We never bothered anyone, so I was shocked that I was given notice. Mind you, both of my downstairs neighbors had problematic issues. One of my neighbors was previously married to someone who would get drunk and come to the apartments and cause a fuss, which caused the police to come multiple times. She was allowed to keep her apartment. I have another neighbor who was abusing his girlfriend and was allowed to stay. We never had any issues. We were never given

I have lived here for 3 years and have never had any issues.They make sure any request are completed in a timely manner and are very professional. These apartments are quiet and I feel very safe. The neighbors are awesome and they look out for one another. I moved here to be close to my job and stayed because of the atmosphere
