Pineview Apartments

Stacy is an amazing landlord!! I was moving and needed a place as soon as possible & she made it happen for me. She is so timely with her responses to my all questions & if she wasn't sure of something, she had an answer for me within 24hrs. The apartment was clean and nice when I arrived. The maintenance crew is quick & awesome, something was usually fixed with 24hrs. I loved the location of the apartment minus the traffic but it is Morgantown. The complex was quiet & everyone there was friendly! I lived there for about a year and I loved living there. If I had to move back to Morgantown, I’d go back to Pineview!

We came to Pineview Apartments back in May of 2025 with hopes of getting an apartment in the near future. Stacy was super nice, very helpful, and so gracious in explaining all the floor plans. We had to work within a specific timeframe, so when Stacy found a possible apartment, she would call. She was very diligent in trying to get us to Pineview. We moved in August and everyone has been so accommodating! The maintenance staff has been very patient with us, and always ready to help! Bob is a gem! I've been here a week, I recently moved last Saturday. The place I'm living in is beautiful and it gave me such calm relaxing vibes. So clean and well kept. Everything is convenient walkimg distabce and such. Stacey the property manager has been absolutely helpful and knowledgeable in every way. She goes above and beyond for everyone in this complex. If anyone is wanting to move here, please go talk to stacey. She'll do everything she chance to make your move a breeze for you! I'm excited to be in west virgina and cannot wait for the next chapter in my life :)

I’ve been living at Pineview Apartments for a while now, and it’s been a great experience! The place is well maintained, quiet, and comfortable. Stacy is always friendly, professional, and quick to help whenever we need something. Highly recommend Pineview!

So far this has been an exceptional experience. I am moving my adult daughter to Morgantown for school. Stacy has made the process the easiest experience to date. She is passionate and knowledgeable. Stacy never hesitates to carry on conversation regardless of if it is professional or personal. She is passionate about her career and appears to legitimately care about the experience of the tenant and the success of the company. The apartment is very clean and well maintained. The willingness to address the small concerns we presented was very positive. The property manager can make or break the success of a company and it is beyond obvious that Stacy is focused both on the company and the experience of the tenant.
