Pines at Broadmoor Bluffs

I had such a wonderful experience during my apartment tour! Miss Shannon was professional, warm, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. She took her time to walk us through every detail, answered all of our questions with patience, and made the experience stress-free and enjoyable.The apartments themselves are absolutely breathtaking, spacious layouts, great finishes, and stunning views that truly make you feel at home the moment you walk in. I was very impressed with how well everything was presented and how welcoming the atmosphere felt.Thank you again, Miss Shannon for going above and beyond. I loved living here shannon and aubrey are the sweetest. These apartments are secluded, hidden and quiet. Very friendly neighborhood, great communication.

Understand and agree with many of the negative reviews I’ve read about this apartments complex… from “Previous” management & ownership. “Previously”, maintenance was neglected, pool & clubhouse were in disrepair and overall management of the complex was subpar at best. New owners have took over several months ago and hired a great management team (Shannon-Apartment & Aubrey-Maintenance). Since then, everything has improved. Granted, these are not the newest apartments in town. However, the location is beautiful, views are amazing and the “New” Management team is great. And the fact that we see wildlife daily from our patio is a plus. If I had written this review 6mo ago, I would have been generous with a 2-3star. I loved my stay at The Pines. Apartments were very spacious, beautifully designed, and the staff was always helpful. Also, the location was breathtaking, about 500 ft. above Colorado Springs. Very low-crime area. A piece of advise: watch out for bears!

These apartments are gorgeous. They're tucked up on the bluffs of the mountain and there's constantly wildlife roaming around which feels very cool. It's like living in the wilderness while still minutes away from civilization. I like how spacious the apartments themselves are and they feel very modern. The management team is super friendly and very responsive. Shannon is very welcoming and helpful and I like the events she throws at the club house. I went to a photography head shot event she had earlier this year and when I bring my daughter to the clubhouse, there's always chocolate chip cookies. I've lived in a ton of apartments in my life and I highly recommend this place!
