Pines Apartments

I’ve been living at The Pines Apartments for almost three years. While the apartments themselves are fine, my experience with the leasing office, especially with the property manager (Palmwells), has been very disappointing. Each time I’ve tried to discuss issues or clarify things, the manager has been extremely rude, treats us very cheap and was never helpful. Her attitude toward residents(especially Indians), including myself, has consistently lacked professionalism and respect. It’s very disappointing, especially after being a long-term tenant. Overall, the apartments are okay, but the management’s behavior has made my experience frustrating. I hope they improve their communication and professionalism toward residents. Extreme rudeness!!

We recently applied to this facility and were accepted through their underwriting process. We paid $1600 for a deposit on top of the application fees. Just for them to reconsider and tell us they’ll mail a check. So now we are currently our $1600 as we wait for them to send us that back. We have asked them in writing to send it back electronically as it will take longer for them to cut a check and mail it and we are still now looking for a place to live. There only comment was that my personal credit was the reason they reconsidered. They still have not called or emailed back to us since the conversation yesterday. It is Friday and I very much doubt anyone is working tomorrow that would be able to process our refund. Their system sent me a prompt to write a review. I’m still waiting to he

Me and my friend recently moved in to the 2BHK apartment at The Pines. We had a very great experience from looking for the apartments till settling in to the Pines. Our leasing specialist Sopy was very quick in her response over the phone as well as email and their application process is also very quick. We got approval in 2 days. Apartments are very spacious and located in the prime location very near to any place you want to go. Restaurants, grocery, entertainment, Kroger all places are very near. You can get down to 275 Highway in 5 minutes which I think is big plus. Community is also very nice and rent is also less compare to other area in this county. I would definitely recommend anyone to stay at the Pines if they are looking for accommodation in Sharonville.

Over the last year a lot of changes have happened in my life. During these changes, Ryan Jent has been such a huge help with anything I need for maintenance to keep my apartment in good condition. I want to thank him and let him know I appreciate everything he has and will do to help me. I can never repay the kindness and I want him to know I appreciate it all.

We had an unusual need for an application. They worked with us and went above and beyond to help us get the necessary paperwork completed. We appreciate Elane and Alisha’s diligence in making it all happen and moving up the move in date. They were awesome!
