EDIT: They ended up backing out of the deal last minute after several days of no contact with no explanation. Original: I had the pleasure of speaking with Dana. She was very friendly and wanted to make sure we were happy with the deal she was giving us. The house we are selling does need some updates and she did not try to undercut us as some other companies have. Her offer was very reasonable for what needs done. We are very pleased with our experience so far.
