Sweet place to live perfect location very quiet and kept very clean. Apartments are outstanding. Well maintained With brand new appliances and countertops . I have nothing bad to say about this place from the Leasing office, talking to Jessica Was a delight. She answered all my questions that I had and made me feel like this could be a place where I wanted to live. There are no surprises here. She emails everybody Whether it’s good or bad, she will let you know with advance. Any issues you may have you can always stop in the office and she will make time for you.. Maintenance staff Veronica . she’s always make sure that the landscaping is always Kept good and the parking facilities are always Maintain clean and Clear. I’ve lived in Rochester for almost a decade now, I’ve never had a better apartment experience than living here! The staff members are very friendly and reasonable. All of our service requests were resolved in a timely manner. I cannot recommend this place enough.

Pinebrooke has been a great place to live! Really quiet, the neighbors are friendly, and it's a nice location. The apartments are modern and all the appliances and fixtures are high quality. Balconies are spacious! The area is very walkable with a grocery store, Walgreens, and a bunch of other shops all less than half a mile. I like how the apartments are set back from the main street; it's a good balance of being away from the bustle of the strip but with every convenience just around the corner. Management has been great. Jessica is friendly, down-to-earth, and easy to work with. They're great about giving advance notice on any work around the property or when they need to enter units. No surprises. Never had a single problem. If I didn't buy a home I'd still be living here.

We moved in July 2020 and were told we’d have a dumpster soon. Contacted the landlord in 2021 asking about it and they said by December 2022. It’s almost February 2022 and we still don’t have a dumpster near us. This results in a lot of tenants in the same building just leaving their garbage by their door outside, sometimes for days, because the walk to the closet dumpster is brutal in the cold. They are horrible with snow removal, especially for the back apartments. The sidewalks in the back rarely get shoveled or salted so it’s a struggle to get to your car or take the walk to the other buildings dumpster. You can’t access the tenant portal from your phone so you have to take time out of your busy day to log onto a computer to open up the tenant portal to put in a maintenance request. Th

It's a nice place, very clean driveways, & manicured lawns. The rent/purchase is reasonably priced. It's close to shopping, & parks. They do allow small (under 50 lbs.) doga, but they MUST be leashed at all times, AND the dog really CAN'T be a noisey pooch. Most of the parking is very close to your abode, so you won't have to walk far fer your car. The rules are a bit stricked, i guess it's a un-gated senior life place, but kids are allowed. All in all, if you want to live near all of your ammenities, this is the place to be.
