Olde Falls Village Apartments

I love living here! My husband and I had to move in with very little notice (there was a large fire at our previous apartment, and our lease would be up in 2 weeks) and the front office staff was incredibly helpful and accommodating. The 2 bedroom unit feels way larger than it is (750sqft I believe) thanks to the open floor plan. We have so many closets, and a pantry, as well as a private storage unit in the basement. All of the staff we have met are very friendly. We have a couple of neighbors who can be loud, but nothing out of the ordinary for an apartment building; most of the time it is very quiet and peaceful here. The laundry in the basement is a bit pricey, but usually we just go to a laundromat anyways.

I would first like to give a shout out to Jessie from barrington residential! She was kind, understanding, informative, and professional. As we all have been struggling with the new ways of the world and this unfortunate pandemic I, just like many others have gotten behind on bills due to work and life getting in the way. She was so polite and made sure we had a plan to resolve my balance with what I can do and honestly just wanted to make sure I was ok. Thank you for being so wonderful to work with you made my stress level almost nonexistent. As for the basics with the apartment, I have nothing but great things to say everyone here is respectful and kind. The grounds are always beautiful and it truly is a delight to be here. Thank you to all of the office people who help make our lives

Awful place to live! They offer month to month rent but tell you that you cannot end your lease one month early. With covid going on they are awful having food trucks come and not following the CDC guidance. They should be report to the state! DO NOT LIVE HERE. Manager is very rude and impossible to work with!!! Took the over a month to fix very simple things in our apartment!!!

I tried to call about availability on an apartment advertised online. The lady was very rude, interrupted me, told me there were no apartments available. When I started to tell her where I saw it advertised, she interrupted me and told me she had other things to do and had no time to take that off the internet. I'd rather pay more and live somewhere else. There's no way I could put up with her being my landlord!

Very responsive, friendly and professional. Anna is great in the office and Casey is also very responsive
