Amazing community to live in! Manager Linda went above and beyond. First month when I moved in and had issues with the stove, she came within 2 minutes to take a look. She always takes care of her residents and keeping the property in a great condition. It’s very quiet. No insects on the property. Great location between LA and Orange County. I would definitely recommend to live here.

I recommend anyone needing a clean well cared for place to live to move there! It is all due to the apartment Manager Ms Linda Heron! I can't say enough about her professionalism and her dedication . She is the reason that Pine Village is a great place to live!

Review I recently moved out of Pine Village. It was a horrible experience. Manager Linda is absolutely unprofessional. She yells at tenants, sends threatening letters, and has made everyone uncomfortable more than once. She expects everyone to follow her made-up rules, but every time an issue arises, she’s impossible to talk to. She constantly cuts water to the apartments, saying it’s plumbing issues, but nothing is being done. We finally moved out. My kids are so much happier and more at peace not having to explain to my little ones that my manager is just a horrible person. Regular problems there are: Plumbing Manager’s bad attitude Managed office time posted as 9 to 5, but the office is never open Parking
