Meadowood Place Apartment Homes

I've lived here for four years now. I've lived in over 20 apartments in my life, and have never wanted to stay in one as long as this one. The first thing I will say is that Andrew is the best landlord I have ever had. He always makes sure service requests are taken care of, and is very responsive to all communications. The main thing that makes this place home is how safe it is. I've unfortunately had bad experiences with the safety of rental residences in the past. This is not the case with Meadowood apartments. The community culture is wonderful. I've had neighbors bring me homemade food just to be nice, help me carry in heavy boxes, invite me in to offer me my pick of a litter of kittens, and children draw me pictures and leave presents at my door. I have lived here for a year. When i first moved in we walked the beautiful property with Andrew. He’s great. Probably one of the most responsive managers I’ve ever dealt with. It WAS at that time, beautifully kept. Clean & quiet. After a while they started renting to people that weren’t quiet. I work night shifts so it’s important for me to sleep during the day. I started noticing more noise & a family moved in that practices soccer at 8 AM on weekends on the green area. They have hit my window with their ball almost every weekend morning. The gym equipment is nasty & not well kept anymore( the windows in the gym are dirty as well) on weekends those new families hog over the pool & drink inside with speakers. The laundry areas are nasty & not clean. The grilling areas do not function well

Andrew has been awsome with helping us feel at home here. We are thrilled with our new apartment and the manager.

I moved here about 3 months ago (Dec 2020) and I LOVE living here. It’s nice and quiet, especially at night (even on weekends!). There’s a new manager, Andrew Takakawa and he is THE BEST. When we first met and he showed us a unit that would look similar to ours (our unit was not available to see yet), he pointed out every detail that would be the same or different and what he said was true. (I’m always worried about people exaggerating or getting ripped off, but my apartment looks just as he described it would!) He is so informative to any question you have. He always replies so quickly to my emails too. Any service requests you need, he makes sure it gets done ASAP. (I even asked to have the tree above us trimmed so spiders don’t get on our balcony, and they trimmed it 2 days later! Grant

Maintenance and management are responsive to your requests. Unfortunately, it isn't the best area and you risk having your stuff stolen from the car port storage ave garage.
